Cucumber Yogurt Dip

To be used with Tandoori Spice World Rings


  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Grated English cucumber (skin-on)
  • 1 (15 mL) Tbsp Finely diced mint
  • Whole (5 mL) cumin seed
  • To taste Coarse salt & cracked pepper


After grating the cucumber, allow to drain in a colander for 30 minutes before mixing the cucumber with other ingredients.
