Texas-Size Bacon & Cheddar Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454 g) LW Private Reserve ® 3/8" Regular Cut Fries (Item 32L)
  • 2 oz (60 g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 strips Bacon, diced and cooked
  • 3 oz (90 g) Sour cream
  • Green onions, finely chopped for garnish
  • Jalapeno peppers, for garnish

Directions

  • DEEP FRY: Fry LW Private Reserve ® Regular Cut Fries at 350° F - 360° F (180° C - 185° C) for 3 -3 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  • 1. In a basket, arrange hot fries and top with cheese and bacon.
  • 2. arnish with sour cream, green onions, and jalapenos, if desired. Serve immediately.
