Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 24 fl oz (750 mL) Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 fl oz (125 mL) Dark molasses

Directions

  • 1. Combine vinegar and molasses in a saucepan.
  • 2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until volume is reduced by approximately one-third. Glaze will thicken upon cooling. Cool.
  • 3. Transfer to squeeze bottle.
